which class is for me?
MAT PILATES
This class will improve your muscle tone, strength & posture, While also learning how to properly engage your core while sculpting your body.
PRIVATE CLASS
Private sessions will introduce you to Pilates, we can tailor your workout to your needs. It will give you the basics of core movement or push you further than you might push yourself.
SPRINGBOARD
Springboard classes are a great way to gain core strength, tone entire body, and even get a little cardio pilates work. We have 10 spots availible for this class.
SPRINGS/STRENGTH
One of the best ways lose fat is to gain muscle! This class focuses on increasing your strength and cardio endurance. Great for everyone.
REFORMER
The reformer provides finely tuned resistance allowing you to work very precisely to develop core strength, flexibility, & good posture alignment. Limit 5 per class.
PRIVATE & SEMI PRIVATE
Need a little more attention, struggling in certain areas, or just want to focus on a specific region?
